You are invited to apply to participate in the education program of the ITEM group, part of the School of Industrial Engineering at the TU/e. You are expected to teach and assist in several key courses on technology entrepreneurship at the undergraduate level (primarily in English) and be involved in bachelor thesis supervision. Doing so will help a major redesign, together with TU/e Innovation Space, of the most prominent entrepreneurship-oriented learning line, toward Challenge-Based Learning, at the Eindhoven University of Technology. Depending on your experience and knowledge, you can be part of this redesign. It concerns a part-time position for 0.6 FTE.
You have a Master’s degree but preferably a Ph.D. in entrepreneurship, industrial engineering, management, industrial design, business administration, or a related field. You have a strong teaching interest, an affinity for teaching innovation, and a rich teaching experience at the Bachelor's or Master's level. Fluency in English is required.

The School of Industrial Engineering at the Eindhoven University of Technology is one of the longest-established engineering schools in Europe. It has a strong presence in the international research and education community, especially in the innovation management & technology entrepreneurship domains, which are also at the core of the undergraduate and graduate programs, attracting top-level students from all over the world.
Group
The ITEM group is part of the School of Industrial Engineering at the TU/e. The group comprises about 29 FTE faculty and about 20 FTE doctoral candidates who participate in and contribute to the ITEM group's research, education, and service program. The undergraduate learning line in technology entrepreneurship, spanning from theory to application, is consistently viewed by students as highly relevant and, as such, attracts many students from all TU/e’s departments. The graduate innovation management program emphasizes the process of conceiving, developing, and launching new products and businesses.
