The service consists of approximately 100 colleagues and is composed of the HR Services & E-HRM, HR Advice, Policy, Learning & Development and OSHE&R divisions. In this position, you will be part of the Learning & Development (L&D) division. HRM L&D encourages talent, continuous development and innovation in order to make the best use of human potential. We want to support the departments, services, institutes and all employees of TU/e to continuously develop and adapt to internal and external changes.
