We are looking for a junior colleague who likes to contribute to a high-quality L&D offer in an inspiring team. The focus of this position is on the operational level, where you will be responsible for various projects and are being coached by senior specialists. In the long term, there might be opportunities to grow to a senior L&D specialist role.
What will you be doing?
As a Junior L&D coordinator, one of your main tasks will be coordinating the existing learning solutions offered for our variety of staff (e.g. scientific staff, professional staff). Besides your coordinators role, you will be challenged to carry out projects related to L&D topics. In these projects you will work in close collaboration with the senior L&D specialists and with various other people both within HRM and the whole TU/e. This allows you to identify and develop your talents. Your internal drive matters!
Offer support in projects and the development of new learning interventions for a variety of key topics for the TU/e (e.g., teacher professionalization, social safety, wellbeing, talent development, leadership, ….).
