The University of Eindhoven seeks to appoint, with immediate effect, a junior lecturer (0.6 - 0.8 FTE) in the Human Performance Management (HPM) group, until January 2023. As part of the department of Industrial Engineering and Innovation Sciences, the HPM group focuses its research and education on optimizing the role of human resources in operational and innovation processes in organizations. The group teaches courses at the undergraduate, graduate and PhD levels.
We are looking for a colleague with a strong affinity with teaching, who can help us in providing our education. You will be working in close collaboration with teams of senior lecturers to jointly provide bachelor and master courses. Your responsibilities will include (co-)coordinating courses, giving lectures and tutorials, and performing various supportive educational tasks, such as marking assignments and exams. In addition, you will have the opportunity to spend some time on personal initiatives (e.g., research-related activities, follow courses to further develop your teaching skills).

We offer you a part-time employment of 0.6 - 0.8 fte with immediate effect, until January 2023. The salary will be in the range of € 2.836 and € 4.474 gross per month (based on a fulltime salary). This salary excludes the standard yearly holiday allowance of 8% of the yearly salary and end year allowance of 8.3% of the yearly salary.
