Do you like to contribute to an inspiring Learning & Development culture at the TU/e? Do you have affinity with a broad variety of L&D related themes, and like to further develop and grow your skills? We are looking for a junior colleague who likes to contribute to a high-quality L&D offer in an inspiring team. The focus of this position is on the operational level, where you will be responsible for various projects and are being coached by senior specialists. Besides your coordinators role, you will be challenged to carry out projects related to L&D topics. In these projects you will work in close collaboration with the senior L&D specialists and with various other people both within HRM and the whole TU/e. This allows you to  identify and develop your talents. Your internal drive matters!

  • Organizing and managing parts of existing learning & development programs and events (trainings, workshops, and other existing interventions).
  • Contact with training agencies and other service departments on organizational aspects of the current learning offer.
  • Offer support in the development, evaluation, and improvement of learning solutions in collaboration with our senior L&D specialists.
  • Offer support in projects and the development of new learning interventions for a variety of key topics for the TU/e (e.g., teacher professionalization, social safety, wellbeing, talent development, leadership, ….).

  • In possession of a Bachelor or Master diploma, preferably in Educational Sciences, Learning & Development, or Psychology.
  • Someone who is known for his/her excellent communication skills (verbal and written skills in English (C level) and Dutch).
  • Experienced in project-based work and a person with a structured approach.
  • A person that has affinity with digital learning- and talent platforms.
